Our story

From my kitchen to yours

Tamara's is a micro-bakery in Northwest Florida, run by hand from a home kitchen — small batches, real ingredients, and time given to every loaf and layer.

It started the way a lot of good things do — baking for the people I love. Weekend loaves for family, a birthday cake for a friend, cookies to bring to a gathering. People kept asking where they could buy them, and slowly a little bakery took shape around the kitchen table.

Everything here is still made by hand, in small batches, the slow way. I mix and shape by feel, let the dough take the time it needs, and bake to order so what reaches you is fresh. Nothing sits on a shelf.

What I make changes a little with the seasons and with what looks good that week — but the heart of it stays the same. Good ingredients, a bit of patience, and something worth sharing.

“I bake the things I'd want on my own table — and send them out with the same care.”
